Return Process

    Bring your device to the nearest Beyond the Box service center or ship it back to our warehouse for a thorough inspection by our Apple-certified technicians.

    Verification Process

    Our team will verify the defect and ensure the device has no signs of accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or water exposure.

    Resolution

    Once approved, we will facilitate a 1-to-1 replacement of the unit or issue a store credit if the specific model is currently out of stock.
